Can I use my shuttle pass for multiple rides each day?
Yes! Your shuttle pass provides unlimited rides in both directions throughout the day(s) it is valid. Hop on and off as often as you need.
How do I use my online shuttle pass to board the bus?
After purchasing online, you'll receive an email with a barcode. Present this barcode at the pickup location — our staff will scan it and give you a wristband for unlimited rides that day.
Can I purchase passes in person?
Yes, passes can be purchased at any of our designated pickup locations. However, daily ticket sales may be capped to ensure comfortable and timely service. We strongly recommend buying in advance online.
Can international visitors purchase passes online?
Yes! If you have trouble on mobile, try a desktop or laptop. Contact us if you continue to have issues.
Are you affiliated with the City of Oshkosh?
No. Lakefront Shuttle is a private transportation company, not affiliated with the City of Oshkosh. (Note: Go Transit Route 8 also runs near AirVenture — see oshkoshwi.gov/transit for info.)
What is your cancellation policy?
Passes can be cancelled and refunded up to July 18, 2026.

Are children free?
Yes! Children under 18 are free when accompanied by a paying adult. No separate pass required — just let us know when you book or board.
Is parking at UW Oshkosh included with the shuttle pass?
No. The shuttle pass provides transportation only. Parking on the UW Oshkosh campus is managed separately by the university and is not included with Lakefront Shuttle service.
